Architectural Change Request
Questions about what constitutes an architectural change? Contact the HOA Board!Per the Restrictive Covenants, any construction, interior or exterior, requires the submission of an Architectural Change Request and HOA Board approval prior to the commencement of work. The more information you provide on your ACR, the better the BOD can understand your request. Failure to provide an ACR and get Board approval for all projects can result in delays in approval and fines.
Print the attached form and provide all the information requested, as well as any additional information to help the Board understand your project, and BUA calculations to the HOA Board via email to BOD@williamsburgplantation-hoa.org or in person to the HOA management company, Advantage Gold Realty.
