HOA Board
The WP HOA board is entirely a volunteer board. Board members are elected from home owners in the community at the annual meeting. Board members serve a 2-year term. In the event that a board member must resign from the board, the remaining board members can nominate and approve a new member to finish out a term. The Board consists of 4 officers and 3 additional members at-large.

2021 HOA Board Mission Statement
Your Williamsburg Plantation Board will clarify covenants and by-lays, which protect and govern the property owners of the Williamsburg Planation community. We will give true diligence in maintaining this community that belongs to all of us. We will do this by being good custodians of the finances associated with the upkeep of our facilities that belong to us all. The HOA Board will respond and address all concerns and recommendations to better our community in a quick and timely manner.
