By-Laws

Williamsburg Planation operates as a planned community under North Carolina General Statue Chapter 47F Planned Community Act, with certain powers permitted to the HOA (47F-2-102). 

The Williamsburg Plantation Home Owners Association operates as a 501 (C) non-profit corporation under North Carolina General Statute Chapter 55A. The purpose of the HOS under this statute is to own, manage, maintain, and operate the community use areas and facilities located upon the community use areas, to enforce restrictions contained herein, and to make and enforce rules and regulations governing the owners' use and occupation of lots.
